《英语课堂标准》提出,要“发展学生的综合语言运用能力,是语言学习的过程成为学生积极的情感态度、主动思考、大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成自主学习能力的过程”。但目前我国高中英语教学中,受到应试教育和结构主义理论的冲击,教师过多地强调语言知识的传授忽视了文化知识的导入和学生跨文化交际意识的培养。我们要端正英语教学思想,使英语教学适应新时代的要求和需要。
The Standard of English Class proposes that “to develop a student’s ability to use comprehensive language is the process of language learning becoming a positive emotional attitude of students, taking the initiative to think, boldly practicing, raising the awareness of cross-cultural and forming an autonomous learning ability.” However, in the current high school English teaching in our country, under the influence of exam-oriented education and structuralism theory, teachers emphasize too much on the impartation of language knowledge and neglect the introduction of cultural knowledge and students’ awareness of intercultural communication. We must correct the teaching of English and adapt English teaching to the requirements and needs of the new era.
