自2011年5月1日《刑法修正案(八)》实施以来,我国的限制减刑政策已逐渐的应用到刑罚的裁判工作中来,对相关方面的工作起到了重要的影响作用。监狱是执行这一政策的主要场所,如何做好这种政策下对罪犯的管理工作,就成为了监狱主要考虑的问题。文章主要从我国减刑制度的适用现状出发,具体的分析了限制减刑政策实施后监狱工作所面临的挑战,并相应的提出了具体的对策,以更好的促进监狱相关工作的开展。
Since the implementation of the “Criminal Law Amendment (8)” on May 1, 2011, China’s restrictive reduction policy has gradually been applied to the adjudication of criminal penalties and played an important role in the relevant work. Prisons are the main venue for the implementation of this policy. How to properly manage criminals under such policies has become a major issue for prisons. Based on the current situation of the commutation system in our country, the article analyzes the challenges that prisons face after the implementation of the commutation of commutation of sentences, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures to promote the development of prisons.
