在中央提出“抓住机遇,深化改革,扩大开放,促进发展,保持稳定”方针的新形势下,学习好、实践好小平同志关于艰苦奋斗的一系列重要论述,对于各级干部、广大职工始终保持和发扬我党,特别是石油战线艰苦奋斗的光荣传统,加快油田改革和建设步伐,具有深远的意义和现实意义.一、艰苦奋斗体现了物质和意识的统一我党我军我国工人阶级的历史,实际上是一部艰苦奋斗史.在党领导新民主主义革命的历史过程中,面对强大的敌人和极端困苦的物质条件.正是依靠这种精神,战胜了重重困难取得了革命的胜利.这一时期的“井岗山精神”.“延安精神”为我们留下了宝贵的精神财富.建国初期,面对帝国主义的封锁和国民党留下的烂摊子,党领导全国人民自力更生、艰苦奋斗,把一穷二白的旧中国建设成一个初步繁荣昌盛的社会主义新中国.从某种意义上讲,没有艰苦奋斗就没有革命的胜利、建设的成功.没有“干打垒精神”、“人拉肩扛精神”和“五把铁锹闹革命”精神为代表的“大庆精神”,就不会把“贫油的帽子甩到太平洋里去”.
