目的探讨计算机X射线摄影(computed radiography,CR)在女性乳腺检查中的优点。方法摄乳腺头尾位和内外斜位CR乳腺片,再用CR强大的后处理功能处理,以获得利于观察病变的最优质的乳腺片,并与原有的普通钼靶乳腺片比较影像质量和诊断情况。结果降低摄影条件的情况下利用CR系统的高抑制噪声能力和宽广的对比度及动态范围观察等优点,获得了优质的乳腺片,查出了乳腺的明显病变及在普通钼靶乳腺片上未发现的微小病变。普通钼靶乳腺片质量较差,诊断情况不如CR。结论采用CR摄影系统,可以获得优质的乳腺片,对女性乳腺病变的检出率很高,尤其是微小病变。并且CR乳腺摄影能降低被检者的受线量。
Objective To explore the advantages of computed radiography (CR) in female breast examination. Results Under the condition of reducing photographic conditions, high-quality mammary gland was obtained using the CR system’s high noise abatement ability, broad contrast and dynamic range observation. The obvious lesions of breast and the undetectable mammograms were found Small lesions. Common mammography breast piece quality is poor, the diagnosis is not as good as CR. Conclusion CR photography system can get high quality breast films, the detection rate of female breast lesions is very high, especially in small lesions. And CR mammography can reduce the subjects by the amount of the line.
