随着手术数量的增加,科技的发展,麻醉学也在飞速发展。提高诊疗效率,缩短患者住院时间,是近年来医务工作者的重要目标。在这种情况下,如何在科室人员与资源有限的情况下提高工作效率,保障患者安全就成为了重中之重。文章从提高麻醉医师工作质量、完善麻醉流程、控制麻醉用品质量等3个方面,分别探讨了提高麻醉科效率、保证患者安全的方法。作者认为不仅要提高麻醉工作者的专业素养和工作素质,还要建立完整的麻醉流程与紧急预案,还要保证麻醉用品的质量安全,才能降低手术风险,保证患者安全。
With the increase in the number of surgery, the development of science and technology, anesthesiology is also developing rapidly. Improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment, shorten the hospital stay, is an important goal of medical workers in recent years. Under these circumstances, how to improve working efficiency and ensure the safety of patients is the most important task when there are limited staff and resources in the department. This article discusses three ways to improve the anesthesiologist ’s efficiency and ensure the safety of patients, from three aspects: improving anesthesiologist’ s work quality, perfecting anesthesia flow and controlling quality of anesthetic products. The author believes that not only to improve anesthesia professionalism and quality of work, but also to establish a complete anesthesia process and emergency plan, but also to ensure the quality and safety of anesthetic supplies, in order to reduce surgical risks and ensure patient safety.
