一、概况高压液体色谱是近年来在原来液体色谱和气相色谱分析技术基础上发展起来的一项新的分析技术。国外在报道这项技新术时,使用了各种名称:高速液体色谱(HSLC)、高速液体色谱(HELC)以及高压或高性能液体色谱(HPLC)。现在国外一般常见的名称是“高性能或高压液体色谱”。高压液体色谱,本文谈的主要是液-固色谱,其主要特点是液体流动相使用了较高的压力,其范围大约在70—350个大气压之间。目前,火炸药和推进剂所用压力较低,其范围大部分在10—20公斤/厘米~2之间。色谱柱选用微孔二氧化硅等填料作固定相,分离试样的效率较高。高压液体色谱与其它液体色谱相
