随着素质教育的发展,我国格外重视传统文化教育在小学阶段的渗透,小学教育要与传统文化教育有机结合起来,提高小学生的文化素养,进而继承和弘扬我国的传统文化。本文指出了当前小学教育管理中传统文化教育突出的弊端,并针对如何将传统文化融入到小学教育管理中提出了几点建议和措施。
With the development of quality education, China attaches great importance to the infiltration of traditional culture and education in primary school. Primary education should be organically integrated with traditional culture and education so as to improve pupils’ cultural accomplishment and inherit and carry forward our traditional culture. This paper points out the drawbacks of the traditional culture and education in the current management of primary education and puts forward some suggestions and measures for how to integrate the traditional culture into the management of primary education.
