太极拳锻炼对60-70岁的中老年人身体机能的影响研究

目的:探究太极拳对60-70岁的中老年人身体机能的影响。方法:以北京市海淀区60-70岁的健康中老年74人为研究对象,分别对研究对象的肺功能、布兰奇心功能指数和30秒30次蹲起进行测试。结论:进行太极拳练习的中老年人的身体机能较优于没有进行任何体育锻炼的中老年人,并以实验数据为基础,针对研究主题进一步进行理论研究分析。 Objective: To explore the impact of Taijiquan on the physical function of the elderly aged 60-70 years. Methods: 74 healthy middle aged and aged 60-70 years old in Haidian District, Beijing were selected as the research objects. The pulmonary function, the index of cardiac function and 30 squats of 30 seconds were tested respectively. Conclusion: The physical function of middle-aged and elderly people who practice Tai Chi is better than those of middle-aged and elderly who do not do any physical exercise. Based on the experimental data, the author further conducts theoretical research on the research topics.
