党的十一届三中全会至今已整整10年了。10年改革、开放,使我国各方面都发生了巨大的历史性的变化,社会生产力有了很大的发展,国家经济技术力量大大增强,城乡人民生活显著改善。没有改革、开放,就没有10年的大发展,就没有当前的好形势。党的十一届三中全会以来的方针、路线是正确的。在这10年里,我国钢铁工业是怎么走过来的,应当认真回顾和总结。
The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee has been a full 10 years. In the past 10 years of reform and opening up, tremendous historic changes have taken place in all aspects of our country. Social productivity has greatly improved. The country’s economic and technological strength has been greatly enhanced, and the living standards of both urban and rural residents have been significantly improved.
