目的通过调研查找曲靖市各艾滋病实验室检测工作中存在的问题,并提出相应对策,以提高实验室技术水平,促进实验室能力建设。方法通过盲样血清检测、职能问卷调查和资料分析法进行实验室能力评估。结果按评分标准综合评分,有2个实验室评估结果为优秀,优秀率为13.33%;7个实验室评估结果为良好,良好率为46.67%;5个实验室评估结果为合格,合格率为33.33%;1个实验室评估结果为不合格,不合格率为6.67%。盲样血清检测存在的主要问题是条带判读错误,职能问卷调查中存在的主要问题是工作人员责任意识较差、仪器没有定期校准和维护、缺乏相应的附件等。结论曲靖市艾滋病实验室检测工作中存在一定的问题,应该加强实验室工作人员责任意识,加强人员培训和人力资源建设,建立日常性监督管理制度,并加大对仪器设备的资金投入。
Objective To investigate the problems existing in the testing of HIV / AIDS laboratories in Qujing City through investigation and research, and to put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the laboratory technology and promote the laboratory capacity building. Methods Blind-like serum test, functional questionnaire and data analysis were used to evaluate laboratory ability. Results According to the scoring standard comprehensive score, 2 laboratories had excellent evaluation results, with an excellent rate of 13.33%. The results of 7 laboratories were good and the good rate was 46.67%. The assessment results of 5 laboratories were qualified with a pass rate of 33.33%; 1 laboratory assessment results as unqualified, the failure rate was 6.67%. The main problem existing in the blind-like serum test is the wrong interpretation of the strip. The main problems in the functional questionnaire are the poor sense of responsibility of the staff, the lack of regular calibration and maintenance of the instrument, and the lack of corresponding attachments. Conclusion There are some problems in the testing of HIV / AIDS laboratory in Qujing City. It is necessary to strengthen the sense of responsibility of laboratory staff, strengthen personnel training and human resource construction, establish a routine supervision and management system, and increase capital investment in equipment and instruments.
