当前,国家高新技术产业开发区(以下简称高新区)正面临着“二次创业”的发展新阶段。进一步加快天津新技术产业园区(以下简称园区或天津园区)的发展速度,建成国内外一流的科技园区,是天津经济发展的客观要求。受天津园区管委会的委托,开益中心课题组站在天津作为我国北方重要经济中心的高度,从“科教兴市”战略和天津园区的实际出发,深入调查研究,形成本咨询报告。
At present, the National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as Hi-tech Zone) is facing a new stage of development of “second pioneering”. Further accelerate the pace of development of Tianjin New Technology Industrial Park (hereinafter referred to as the park or Tianjin Park), built into first-class science and technology park at home and abroad, is the objective requirement of economic development in Tianjin. Commissioned by the Administrative Committee of Tianjin Industrial Park, the Task Group of the Benefit Center stands in the height of Tianjin as an important economic center in northern China. Based on the strategy of “rejuvenating the city through science and education” and the reality of the Tianjin Industrial Park, the Task Force conducted in-depth investigations and studies to form this consultation report.
