目的比较水中硫酸盐的离子色谱测定方法和铬酸钡分光光度法热法检测结果差异,探讨硝酸根(NO_3~-)对2种方法的影响。方法对64个实验室离子色谱法和34个实验室铬酸钡分光光度法测定水中硫酸盐结果进行分析比较,并对NO_3~-进行干扰实验。结果离子色谱法和铬酸钡分光光度法测水中硫酸盐检测结果有差异:均值浓度较低组差异有统计学意义,均值浓度较高组差异无统计学意义。结论离子色谱法和铬酸钡分光光度法检测结果的差异主要来自NO_3~-的影响,硝酸根使铬酸钡分光光度法测水中硫酸盐的结果偏高。
OBJECTIVE To compare the difference of ion chromatography between water sulfate and barium chromate spectrophotometry, and to explore the effect of nitrate (NO_3 ~) on the two methods. Methods Sixty-four laboratory ion chromatography and 34 laboratory barium chromate spectrophotometry were used to analyze and compare the results of sulfate in water, and the interference experiment of NO_3 ~ - was carried out. Results The results of ion chromatography and barium chromate spectrophotometry were different in the determination of sulfate in water. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the lower mean concentration, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The difference between ion chromatography and barium chromate spectrophotometry is mainly due to the effect of NO_3 ~ -. Nitrate makes barium sulfate spectrophotometry to measure the sulfate in the water.
