研究了Sn-58Bi钎料和Sn-58Bi-0.01CNTs复合钎料焊点在不同温度、应力和电流密度下的抗剪切蠕变性能。结果表明:随着温度、应力和电流密度的逐渐增加,Sn-58Bi钎料和Sn-58Bi-0.01CNTs复合钎料焊点的抗蠕变性能均逐渐降低。添加碳纳米管(CNTs)后,复合钎料焊点的稳态应变速率均降低。添加CNTs可以提高焊点的抗蠕变性能。
The anti-shear creep behavior of Sn-58Bi solder and Sn-58Bi-0.01CNTs solder joint under different temperature, stress and current density was studied. The results show that the creep resistance of Sn-58Bi solder and Sn-58Bi-0.01CNTs solder decreases gradually with the increase of temperature, stress and current density. After adding carbon nanotubes (CNTs), the steady-state strain rate of solder joints of composite brazing filler metal decreased. Adding CNTs can improve the creep resistance of solder joints.
