一要加强团结。团结出干部。如果一个班子矛盾重重,内耗不止,不仅事业不能成功,干部也无法成长。作为领导干部,应懂得与人相处要以诚相待,班子成员要相互支持,求同存异,团结向前,形成强大的合力。这样,党的事业才能发展,干部个人也才能进步。
First, we must strengthen unity. Unite cadres. If a team has a lot of contradictions and internal friction, it will not only fail in its cause but also will not grow its cadres. As leading cadres, we should understand how to get along with others and treat them with sincerity. Members of the team should support each other, seek common grounds while shelving differences, and unite as one to form a strong joint force. In this way, the party’s cause can develop and the individual cadres can make progress.
