目的探讨妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的临床诊治措施。方法回顾分析70例患者的临床资料。结果 70例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者中,经阴道分娩嘱产后定期随访者4例,接受手术66例;其中3例因卵巢肿瘤扭转行一侧附件切除术,63例行单侧卵巢肿瘤剥除及再建术,预后良好。结论加强产前检查,早期发现并诊治是防止并发症的重要措施。
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ovarian tumors in pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 70 patients with pregnancy complicated with ovarian tumors, 4 were routinely given postpartum vaginal delivery, and 66 were undergone surgery. Among them, 3 were ovariectomized due to the one-sided adjuvant resection and 63 received unilateral ovarian tumor removal Reconstruction, the prognosis is good. Conclusion To strengthen prenatal care, early detection and diagnosis and treatment is an important measure to prevent complications.
