人教版《义务教育课程标准实验教科书·数学》三年级上册是依据《全日制义务教育数学课程标准 (实验稿)》(以下简称《数学课程标准》)确定的内容及要求编写的。本册教材的教学要贯彻和体现《数学课程标准》针对第一学段教学内容和学生特点提出的要求和建议,即:让学生在生动具体的情境中学习数学;引导学生独立思考和合作交流;加强估算,鼓励算法多样化;培养学生初步的应用意识和解决问题的能力;等等。同时应该结合教学内容的变化及各地教学与学生的实际,创造性地加以实施。
