对田间二点委夜蛾调查资料,通过Cassie扩散系数C、Kuno指标CA、平均拥挤度m*等指标判断二点委夜蛾幼虫为聚集分布,进一步采用核心(Neyman,奈曼)分布和负二项(Mosaic)分布的理论频次分布公式,经卡方X2检验,确定二点委夜蛾幼虫的空间分布型为负二项分布。聚集分布的原因是由二点委夜蛾的聚集习性和环境因素所形成的。在此基础上明确了抽样方式和序贯抽样模型。
