本文以培训收益的最大化为目标函数,通过建立线性规划模型得到不同考核年限内企业培训的最优方案,并对不同考核年限内的最优培训方案进行了对比分析,指出培训效益考核年限的长短对企业培训方案的制定有显著的影响,为今后企业培训计划的制定提供了科学的决策方法。
