1 筛选方法 2000年11月9日,把搜集到的19份优良茼蒿资源于秋冬种植于山东省农业科学院蔬菜研究所日光温室中,小区面积3.75 m~2,不设重复,每小区用种12~14 g。以耐寒性选择为主,并结合产量、农艺性状、抗病性等方面的综合表现,从19份茼蒿资源中筛选出5份产量、抗寒性均优异的材料,并分别进行提纯去杂、系内混合授粉采种。 2001年秋冬,对初选的5份材料进行比较试验,小区面积14.4 m~2,不设重复,每小区播种30 g。其中广饶茼蒿-2、博兴茼蒿两份材料表现优良,将其
