~(169)镱是近几年来开始应用的一种新的同位素,有亲肿瘤性质。它的标记化合物~(169)镱——DTPA 可用于脑扫描、肾扫描,以诊断脑、肾肿瘤;~(169)镱——枸橼酸镱可用于恶性肿瘤(主要作为肺、肝、骨肿瘤)的阳性扫描。~(169)镱半衰期较长,32天,便于供应和贮存使用。我们在1975年对国产~(169)镱二种标记化合物进行了药物鉴定、毒性试验,并进行临床应用,现将结果报告如下:~(169)镱—DTPA 的临床应用理化性状:外观为无色澄明液体,用精密pH 试纸比色pH 为5.0～6.6,其半衰期为32±1天。放射化学纯度:纸上色层分析上行
