气化炉炉箅失效分析

通过金相组织分析 ,探讨了气化炉炉箅的失效形式及机理 ,认为在本研究所涉及炉箅及其服役工况下 ,过高的使用温度导致材料组织恶化是炉箅失效的主要原因。

By means of metallographic analysis, the failure modes and mechanism of gasifier furnace 探 were discussed. It is considered that the main cause of the failure of 炉 gasifier is the deterioration of material structure caused by excessive service temperature in the furnace 箅 and its service conditions in this study .
