在传统供暖方式的基础上,根据不同建筑功能的负荷特点,提出了分时分区供暖方式,即按需供热。针对北京市某办公楼,对采用分时分区控制后的能耗情况进行测试,并与采用分时分区控制前的能耗情况进行对比。通过改变不同工况,分析了逐时耗热量和室内温度的变化情况。测试结果表明,该建筑物的供暖系统在应用分时分区控制后,节能率可达20%。
On the basis of traditional heating mode, according to the load characteristics of different building functions, time-sharing district heating mode is proposed, namely on-demand heating. For an office building in Beijing, the energy consumption after time division control was tested and compared with the energy consumption before time division control. By changing the different conditions, the change of hourly heat consumption and indoor temperature was analyzed. Test results show that the building’s heating system in the application of time-sharing zoning control, energy-saving rate of up to 20%.
