建设部决定于今年7月12～16日在上海(上海展览中心)召开《建设部城市住宅小区建设试点工作会议》(以下《会议》)。这次《会议》是一次全国性的住宅工作会议,主要总结近年来城市住宅小区建设试点的工作经验,表彰一批优秀的住宅试点小区,并在全国加以广泛宣传、推广。同时,结合1994年国家计划在全国建造约2千万m~2住宅的“安居工程”,进行动员和部署,以进一步在全国开展城市住宅小区建设试点,确实解决好人民群众的住房问题。 这次《会议》,有全国30个省、市、自治区主管城建的领导,各地房地产开发建设、设计、施工及科研等单位的负责人参加,与会代表约400人,是一次非常重要的住宅建设工作盛会。
The Ministry of Construction decided to hold the “Pilot Work Meeting on Construction of Urban Residential Areas in Ministry of Construction” (the “Meeting” below) on July 12-16 this year in Shanghai (Shanghai Exhibition Center). This “conference” is a nationwide conference on housing work. It mainly summarizes the work experience of urban residential district construction pilot projects in recent years, commend a number of outstanding residential pilot districts, and widely publicize and popularize it across the country. In the meantime, in conjunction with the 1994 national plan, it will construct a “housing project” of about 20 million m 2 in the country to mobilize and deploy to further pilot the construction of urban residential quarters in the country and indeed solve the housing problem for the people. This “conference” is attended by leaders of 30 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in charge of urban construction and heads of various units in real estate development, construction, design, construction and scientific research. About 400 delegates attended the meeting. It is a very important residential building Work event.
