北纬30度线本来只是一条地图上的虚拟线条,然而,它在现实中却穿越了地球上数不尽的神奇风景——最高的珠穆朗玛峰和最深的马里亚纳海沟;12000年前一夜之间消失在大西洋中的亚特兰蒂斯和古埃及的金字塔、远古玛雅文明遗址、巴比伦空中花园、巴别通天塔、比萨斜塔、约旦的死海、复活岛巨石、百慕大群岛等等,中国的黄山、庐山、峨眉山、三峡、神农架、钱塘江大潮、三星堆、雅鲁藏布江大峡谷等等也都在这条神秘的纬度线上。这条线还穿越了终年白雪皑皑的念青唐古拉山——藏北神泉的发源地。
