目的 :建立99mTc ECDSPECT非采血的脑血流定量方法。方法 :在常规99mTc ECDSPECT脑血流显像的基础上 ,结合三室数学模型和计算机参数寻优技术建立非采血的脑血流定量方法测定对照组和病例组的全脑血流量(CBF)及局部脑血流量 (rCBF)。结果 :8例对照组和 16例病例组的CBF分别为 (5 7 16± 4 2 1)和 (38 80± 8 2 1)ml·min-1/ 10 0g ,前者明显高于后者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :该定量方法所测脑血流量结果可靠 ,简便易行 ,并可提高诊断的灵敏度 ,使病变定位更准确 ,有较高的临床应用价值
Objective: To establish a non-blood collection method of 99m Tc ECDSPECT. Methods: Based on routine 99m Tc ECDSPECT cerebral blood flow imaging, a combination of three-compartment mathematical model and computer parameter optimization technique was established to determine the cerebral blood flow (CBF) and local Cerebral blood flow (rCBF). Results: The CBF values of the 8 patients in the control group and 16 patients in the control group were (51.7 ± 41.21) and (38.8 ± 82.1) ml · min-1 / 100g, respectively, the former was significantly higher than the latter <0 .0 5). Conclusion: The quantitative method of cerebral blood flow measured results are reliable, simple and easy, and can improve the diagnostic sensitivity, the localization of lesions more accurate and has high clinical value
