随着城市化进程的不断加快,我国在土地征用过程中出现了许多十分严重的社会问题,这些问题已成为影响社会稳定的重要隐患。此外,在土地日益成为宏观调控的重要手段的情况下,研究如何创新和完善现行土地征收制度,如何确定农民在征地过程中的权益,无疑具有重大的现实意义。
