笔者多年来从事农村普高英语教学工作,深深体会到农村娃学习英语的长期性,复杂性和艰巨性,以及英语老师改善英语的种种纠结和艰难。在本人连续十年的毕业班英语教学中,对改善学困生英语略有体会。一、把握学情选准苗子像我们这样的普高学校,少有全面拔尖的全优生。为了让更多学子有望冲刺上线,班主任和任课老师很有必要把握“整体学优、单科学困”学生情况,磨尖治拐。我班龙林同学,几乎无英语基础,但生物很好。进高三第一二三次月考
