经济发展必须依靠技术进步,科学技术是企业发展的一个轮子。改革开放以来,企业界各级领导逐步认识了科学技术是第一生产力的道理,加快了科技进步的速度,工业技术水平得到了很大的提高。但是,发展并不平衡,一部分企业的技术进步主要还停留在口头上,技术成果的转化率也并不高,不少领域技术水平与国际先进水平相比,差距还很大。当前,到底有哪些因素影响着企业的技术进步呢?如何进一步推进企业的技术进步呢?带着这些问题,我走访丁交通大学管理学院名誉院长李家镐同志。李家镐同志曾经担任过金山石化总厂厂长、上海市经委主任、市人大常委会副主任。他非但对于上海工业经济的实际状况非常熟悉,而且有很深的研究。去年受交通大学之聘,担任了该校管理学院名誉院长。虽然属“名誉”之类,但他还真当一会事,非但积极参与学院的各项重大事宜的决策,还经常深入工厂,关心企业的改革、经济发展和技术进步。4月1日上午,我如约到了交大管理学院他的办公室,因为彼此比较熟悉,所以没有客套,就直接进
Economic development must rely on technological progress, and science and technology are a wheel of enterprise development. Since the reform and opening up, leaders at all levels of the business community have gradually realized that science and technology are the primary productive forces, accelerating the pace of scientific and technological progress, and greatly improving the level of industrial technology. However, the development is not balanced. The technical progress of some enterprises still mainly remains verbally, and the conversion rate of technological achievements is not high. Compared with the international advanced level, the gap between many areas of technology is still very large. At present, what are the factors that affect the technological progress of enterprises? How to further promote the technological progress of enterprises? With these questions, I visited Comrade Li Jiabiao, the honorary president of the School of Management of Ding Jiaotong University. Comrade Li Jiabiao once served as director of the Jinshan Petrochemical Plant, director of the Shanghai Economic Commission, and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People’s Congress. He is not only familiar with the actual situation of Shanghai’s industrial economy, but also has a deep research. Last year, he was appointed by the Jiaotong University and served as honorary dean of the school’s management school. Although he is a “reputation,” he does not have to be an active participant in the decisions of the college’s major issues. He often goes deep into factories and cares about corporate reforms, economic development, and technological progress. On the morning of April 1st, I arrived at his office at the School of Management of Jiaotong University. Because I was familiar with each other, I went straight into the room without a courtesy.
