目的 探讨白三烯在小儿哮喘中所起的作用。方法 根据不同的诊断标准 ,将 10 9例患者分为轻度 37例 ,中度 4 3例 ,重度 2 9例三个组 ,分别测定三组小儿尿白三烯水平 ,每份标本按不同稀释倍数分别测定 1次取均值。另外测定 4 0例正常健康体检儿童尿白三烯水平 ,测定方法一致 ,对各组结果进行对照分析。结果 轻度哮喘组、中度哮喘组和重度哮喘组之间的尿白三烯水平分别为 12 7.83± 34.74 ng/ L ,2 5 0 .80± 32 .0 6 ng/ L ,36 9.99± 33.5 8ng/ L ,而正常对照组尿白三烯水平为 14 .74± 4 .38ng/ L;四组资料之间均有明显差异 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 哮喘患者体内白三烯水平随病情程度加剧而上升 ,同时尿液中白三烯的排泄量也增多 ,尿白三烯水平检测可以作为评价哮喘患者疾病发生程度和预后判断的一种指标
Objective To investigate the role of leukotrienes in pediatric asthma. Methods According to different diagnostic criteria, 109 patients were divided into mild 37 cases, moderate 43 cases and severe 29 cases. The levels of urinary leukotrienes were measured in three groups. Each sample was divided into different dilutions Multiple determination of 1 were taken average. In addition, the urinary leukotriene levels in 40 normal healthy children were measured and the determination methods were consistent. The results of each group were analyzed comparatively. Results The levels of urinary leukotrienes in mild asthma group, moderate asthma group and severe asthma group were 12 7.83 ± 34.74 ng / L, 2580 ± 32.60 ng / L, 36 9.99 ± 33.5 8ng / L, while the level of urinary leukotriene in the control group was 14.74 ± 4.38ng / L. There was a significant difference between the four groups (P <0.01). Conclusion The level of leukotrienes in patients with asthma increased with the severity of the illness and the excretion of leukotriene in urine increased. Urinary leukotriene levels could be used as an index to evaluate the degree of disease and prognosis in patients with asthma
