英语阅读教学是高中英语学科教学过程中的一项重要组成部分,在培养学生听、说、读、写四项技能中占据重要地位,但其所占课时较多,耗时较长,成效不明显,甚至部分学生对阅读训练活动并不重视,学习兴致不高,教学效果不理想。与此同时,现阶段有多项教学研究资料表明,将元认知策略合理应用于高中英语阅读教学中,通过计划、监控、调节、评价等教学过程,不仅可明确课堂教学目标,增强教学有效性,而且还可有效提高学生的自我管理能力与自主学习能力,应用效果良好。本文主要从元认知策略入手进行分析,研究和探讨了新时期背景下元认知策略在高中英语阅读教学中的应用,希望为以后的高中英语课堂教学实践提供些许建议或指导。
English reading teaching is an important part of high school English teaching process. It occupies an important position in training students’ four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing, but it takes more time, takes longer and has no effect. Obviously, even some students do not attach importance to reading training activities, they are not interested in learning, and their teaching results are not satisfactory. At the same time, a number of teaching and research materials at the present stage show that using metacognitive strategies reasonably in high school English reading teaching can not only clarify classroom teaching objectives and enhance teaching effectiveness through teaching processes such as planning, monitoring, regulation and evaluation But also can effectively improve students’ ability of self-management and self-learning, and the application effect is good. This article mainly analyzes the metacognitive strategy, and studies and explores the application of metacognitive strategy in high school English reading teaching in the new era, hoping to provide some advice or guidance for future high school English classroom teaching practice.
