以采用综合技术从鱼油制得的多不饱和脂肪酸乙酯为原料，通过涂银硅胶柱层析法分离精制得到含量９９％以上的二十二碳六烯酸乙酯

The polyunsaturated fatty acid ethyl ester obtained from fish oil was synthesized by the integrated technology and separated by silica gel column chromatography to obtain ethyl docosahexaenoate with the content of more than 99%
