本文主要针对黄花机场供油工程项目风险进行研究。黄花机场供油工程是长沙机场改扩建工程重要的子工程,该工程具有投资规模大,工期长,不确定因素多等特点,而且存在在效益、质量、工期、安全和信誉方面的风险。为此很有必要对供油工程项目的风险管理进行系统的理论研究。本文对黄花机场供油工程的风险管理的防范措施进行了分析研究。首先系统阐述了风险管理规划的理论,通过组建风险管理部门,建立风险管理的制度,培育风险管理文化,以实现对供油工程项目风险管理体系的保障。
This article mainly studies the risk of Huanghua airport oil supply project. Huanghua Airport Oil Supply Project is an important subproject of Changsha Airport Reconstruction and Extension Project. It has the characteristics of large investment scale, long construction period and many uncertainties. It also has risks in terms of efficiency, quality, duration, safety and credibility. Therefore, it is necessary to do systematic theoretical research on the risk management of oil supply project. This paper analyzes the prevention measures of the risk management of the fuel supply project in Huanghua Airport. Firstly, the theory of risk management planning is expatiated systematically. Through the establishment of risk management department, a risk management system is established and a risk management culture is nurtured so as to guarantee the risk management system of oil supply project.
