现代科学管理普遍认为企业具有四大资源,即人力资源、经济资源、物质资源、信息资源。其中人力资源是最重要的资源,是企业的第一大资源。一个企业如果人力资源欠缺,其他三大资源再雄厚,也难以发展壮大。 企业人力资源,是指推动整个企业发展的劳动者能力的总称。它具有不可剥夺性、生物性、时代性和主观能动性。人力资源的形成、开发、配置、使用具有时效性。人力资源的开发还具有连续性。一般的物资资源开发形成产品使用后,不存在继续开发的问题,人力资源则可以在开发使用后继续开发,使用过程同时也是开发过程。
Modern scientific management generally believes that enterprises have four major resources, namely, human resources, economic resources, material resources, information resources. Among them, human resources are the most important resources and the largest resources of enterprises. If an enterprise lacks human resources, the other three major resources are rich and difficult to grow and develop. Enterprise human resources, refers to the ability to promote the development of the entire enterprise workers collectively. It is inalienable, biological, contemporary and subjective. The formation, development, configuration and use of human resources are time-efficient. Human resources development also has continuity. After the general material resources are developed and used as a product, there is no problem of continuous development. Human resources can continue to be developed and used after being developed and used. The use process is also a development process.
