为了进一步推动企业和谐劳动关系建设,我们针对影响劳动关系和谐稳定的问题,通过召开座谈会、问卷调查和重点访谈等方式,进行了专题调研,发现了不少影响企业劳动关系和谐稳定的突出问题。一、当前劳动关系领域存在的突出问题我市的劳动关系总体上保持了和谐稳定的良好态势,和谐劳动关系建设工作取得新进展。截至2015年,获得市模范劳动关系和谐企业589户、园区9个、社区22个;获得辽宁省模范劳动关系和谐企业66户、园区2个;
In order to further promote the construction of harmonious labor relations in enterprises, we conducted special investigations and studies on issues affecting the harmonious and stable labor relations by means of symposiums, questionnaires and key interviews, and found that there are quite a few outstanding problems that affect the harmonious and stable labor relations in the enterprises . I. Outstanding Problems in the Current Labor Relations Field The labor relations in our city as a whole have maintained a good momentum of harmony and stability, and new progress has been made in the construction of harmonious labor relations.
