目的 探讨电刺激小脑顶核对视网膜血管直径的影响。方法 25名健康志愿者(平均年龄35.4岁)接受60min电刺激小脑顶核,进行数字眼底照相。测量刺激前、刺激30及60min时视网膜颞上静脉、颞下静脉及颞上动脉的直径。结果 电刺激小脑顶核30及60min,视网膜血管直径较刺激前有显著性差异。结论 电刺激小脑顶核能扩张视网膜血管直径,增加视网膜血供。
Objective To investigate the effects of electrical stimulation of cerebellar fastigial nucleus on retinal vascular diameter. Methods Twenty-five healthy volunteers (mean age 35.4 years) underwent electrical stimulation of the cerebellar fastigial nucleus for digital photocoagulation. The diameters of the superior temporal vein, inferior temporal artery and superior temporal artery of the retina were measured at 30 and 60 min before stimulation. Results The electrical stimulation of cerebellar fastigial nucleus 30 and 60min, the diameter of retinal blood vessels than before stimuli significant difference. Conclusion Electrical stimulation of cerebellar fastigial nucleus can expand the diameter of retinal vessels and increase the blood supply to the retina.
