本文结合临床及病理对比分析了１６例口腔硕面巨细胞病变的Ｘ线表现。Ｘ线分析表明：①口腔巨细胞病变表现为类圆形单囊或多囊膨胀性骨改变，皮质非薄如蛋壳状，其间密度不均匀，骨间嵴粗细不等。②绝大部分边界清楚，有硬化白线。③好发于下颌牙体至升支部，上下颌骨之比为１：３。通过分析提出了颌骨巨细胞修复性肉芽肿（ＧＣＲＧ），巨细胞瘤（ＧＣＴＢ），巨细胞龈瘤（ＧＣＥ）三者的鉴别诊断。
In this paper, clinical and pathological contrast analysis of 16 cases of oral giant cell lesions of the X-ray findings. X-ray analysis showed that: ① oral cytomegalovirus showed single round or multi-cystic cystic expansion of bone change, cortical non-thin, such as eggshell-like, during which the density is uneven, unequal thickness between the crista. ② Most of the border is clear, with hardened white lines. ③ Occur in the mandibular tooth to ascending branch, the ratio of the upper and lower jaw is 1: 3. The differential diagnosis of jaw giant cell repair granuloma (GCRG), giant cell tumor (GCTB) and giant cell gingival tumor (GCE) were proposed.
