大容量超长距离 (ULH)传输是一种非常有应用前景的技术 ,本文介绍 1 6 0× 1 0Gb sC +L波段 30 4 0km实际光纤的无电再生光传输系统的研究和实现 .系统波道间隔为 5 0GHz ,波道速率 1 0 .7Gb s ,发送采用CS RZ码 ,具有超强FEC功能 ,光信噪比大于 1 5dB .国内首次成功在实际光纤传输 30 4 0km的C +L波段 1 0Gb s信号 ,首次将C +L宽带喇曼光纤放大器应用于ULH系统 ,连续 2 4小时无误码 .取得的有实际意义的试验成果为我国的ULH系统的应用 ,提供了系统的性能、指标、参数、标准等实验依据 .
Large-capacity ULH transmission is a very promising technology. This paper introduces the research and implementation of the electroless regenerative optical transmission system of 160 × 150Gb sC + L-band real optical fiber. The system wave Channel spacing of 50GHz, channel rate of 107Gb s, sending using CS RZ code, with super FEC function, optical signal to noise ratio greater than 15dB. The first successful domestic optical fiber transmission in 3040km C + L band 1 0Gb s signal, the first C + L broadband Raman fiber amplifier used in ULH system, 24 hours continuous error-free .To obtain meaningful experimental results for the application of China’s ULH system provides the system performance, indicators , Parameters, standards and other experimental basis.
