我县在检测S195柴油机功率、油耗的工作中,发现部分机车起动困难、功率小、比油耗大、机温高等问题,其主要原因是供油时间过早或过晚。调整油泵垫片时出现:供油时间过晚的机车,即使抽去全部垫片,还是过晚;供油时间过早的机车,就是把原有的全部垫片都装上,再加装0.5毫米垫片之后,还是偏早。后来,拆下定时齿轮室盖发现此盖定位销未装上。据了解,有的是定位销松动后丢失了;有的是机手或修理工为了安装方便拔掉了。
