梨粥适用于小儿疳积,风热咳嗽,烦躁昏惯,不思饮食等症。取梨3个,粳米100克,冰糖适量。先将梨洗净后切碎,捣汁备用;另将淘洗干净的粳米和冰糖一同入锅,加水500克,用旺火烧开,再转用文火熬煮成稀粥,加入梨汁稍煮即成。日服1剂,分数次食用。具有生津止渴,润燥,消热化痰的功效。
