近年来,看病难、看病贵的问题受到越来越多的重视,且已在广大群众中造成较大影响。造成目前看病难、看病贵的原因多种多样,其中,药价虚高即为其中的一个重要因素。药价虚高在构建和谐社会中已经显示出其不利的一面。导致药价虚高的因素较多,其中药品流通、储运成本较高成为导致药价虚高的重要原因之一。因此,加强药品储运、流通中的成本控制,势在必行。笔者针对药品储运、流通过程中的厂家储存、运输及医院保存等环节的成本控制进行阐述,以探讨成本控制的意义及其方法。
