基于薄煤层厚灰岩顶板沿空留巷顶板岩层运动规律及其变形特点,论证了采用普通混凝土巷帮支护的可行性,混凝土充填体能够满足薄煤层厚灰岩顶板岩层运动规律。通过数值模拟软件FLAC~(3D)模拟了不同充填体宽度下的留巷效果,并设计了充填体宽度范围为1.5~2.0 m时混凝土为充填体材料的沿空留巷方案。实践表明,采用临时支护去支护初期顶板,有效控制了顶板初期下沉,有效弥补了混凝土初凝时间长和初凝强度低的缺点;采用混凝土作为充填体材料,很好地适应了采空区厚灰岩顶板岩层的运动,达到预期的留巷效果。
Based on the law of roof rock movement and its deformation characteristics of thin coal seam with thick limestone roof gob-side entry, the feasibility of using ordinary concrete roadway support is demonstrated. The concrete filling body can meet the law of thick rock roof rock movement in thin coal seam. The numerical simulation software FLAC ~ (3D) was used to simulate the effect of retaining roadway with different filling widths, and the retaining roadway with filling material was designed when the width of filling body was 1.5 ~ 2.0m. Practice shows that the use of temporary support to support the initial roof, the effective control of the initial sinking of the roof effectively compensate for the shortcomings of the initial setting time and low initial setting strength of concrete; the use of concrete as the filling material, well adapted to mining The movement of thick limestone roof strata in the vacant area achieves the expected effect of retaining roadway.
