咽及扁桃体角化症是咽部黏膜上皮生长异常,过分角化堆积形成的病变,好发于青年。该病的病因目前还不明确,有人认为与真菌的寄生有关。慢性咽炎可导致上皮高度增生及表皮角化;另外全身性疾病引起上皮组织营养不良也可导致表皮角化。现将我科收治的1例咽及扁桃体角化症并真菌感染
