“低碳经济”是以低污染,低排放为基础的经济模式,是人类社会继农业文明,工业文明之后的又一次重大进步。当前,发展低碳经济需要注意的以下几个问题:深刻理解我国发展低碳经济的客观必然性;理性分析我国发展低碳经济面临的挑战;准确界定我国发展低碳经济的路径选择。
Low-carbon economy is an economic model based on low pollution and low emissions. It is another major step forward in human society following the agricultural civilization and industrial civilization. Currently, the development of low-carbon economy requires attention to the following issues: a profound understanding of China’s objective necessity of developing a low-carbon economy; a rational analysis of the challenges China faces in its development of a low-carbon economy; and an accurate definition of China’s path to developing a low-carbon economy.
