在社会主义法治建设的过程中,需要通过司法权威的树立来强化我国的法治程度,同时要想确保司法的公正,就需要实现司法公信力的构建来确保司法的权威性。但是,在我国建设社会主义法治社会的过程中,过于片面强调司法权威,致使司法公信力的构建一直以来都处于弱势的地位,这就致使司法权威无法树立,进而社会主义法治社会建设的步伐受阻。本文基于司法权威与司法公信力构建之间的关系展开了研究,以确保二者的和谐发展,最终更好的服务于社会主义法制建设,以全面推进社会主义和谐社会建设的步伐。
In the course of building a socialist legal system, we need to strengthen the level of the rule of law in our country through the establishment of judicial authority. At the same time, in order to ensure the fairness of the judiciary, we need to build the credibility of the judiciary and ensure the authority of the judiciary. However, in the process of building a socialist society ruled by law, the one-sided emphasis on judicial authority has led to the fact that the construction of judicial credibility has always been in a disadvantaged position. As a result, the judicial authority can not be established and the pace of building a socialist society ruled by law is hindered. Based on the relationship between judicial authority and the construction of judicial credibility, this paper studies to ensure the harmonious development of both and eventually better serve the construction of socialist legal system in order to comprehensively promote the pace of building a socialist harmonious society.
