房地产行业已经成为我国国民经济的支柱产业之一。满足人们日益增长的物质消费需求是改革的初衷,也是任何行政措施都无法阻挡的潮流。然而最近几年房地产业的快速发展已经超乎了人们的想象,进入了通胀时代。本论文系统分析了当前房地产行业在经营管理中存在的问题,并从土地和政府的角度出发,针对我国目前房地产市场的状况提出了相应的政策,从而实现房地产市场可持续发展。
The real estate industry has become one of the pillar industries in our country’s national economy. To meet people’s growing material consumption needs is the original intention of the reform and the trend that can not be stopped by any administrative measure. However, the rapid development of the real estate industry in recent years has exceeded the imagination of people and entered the era of inflation. This thesis systematically analyzes the existing problems in the management of the real estate industry, and from the perspective of the land and the government, puts forward the corresponding policies for the current situation of the real estate market in our country so as to realize the sustainable development of the real estate market.
