本文用亚硝酸乙酯与2-丁酮缩合制备双乙酰-肟。由于肟的水解反应为可逆反应,本文拟定了双乙酰-肟边水解边蒸馏新工艺,结果表明,该工艺较传统的先水解后蒸馏的双乙酰合成法重量收率提高8%左右。本文还对双乙酰-肟水解的可能机理提出了建议。
Diacetyl-oxime was prepared by condensation of ethyl nitrite with 2-butanone. Since the hydrolysis reaction of oxime is reversible, a new process for the side-by-side hydrolysis of diacetyl-oxime has been developed. The results show that the weight-yield of this method is about 8% higher than that of the conventional diacetyl synthesis after the first hydrolysis and distillation. This paper also proposed the possible mechanism of diacetyl - oxime hydrolysis.
