首先要明确为什么要对教学技能进行分类?由于客观世界的复杂性和多样性决定的.世间的每一事物都具有多层次结构形式,而分类正是通过比较,按照事物的不同层次在思想上加以分门别类的过程.教学技能也可分为许多层次,对每一层次进行精确地分类,可以按类别逐个地进行研究,分类是教学中进行微观研究的需要.有了分类,就可按不同教学技能的类别,进行较典型的示范,有利于师资的培训.教学技能的掌握需要经过反复训练,对不同技能进行分类训练,逐一熟悉、掌握.有了分类,对每一类教学技能就有了统一的目标和要求,便于观察,做出客观的评价.如此,教师掌握了基本的教学技能,并根据自身的条件,扬长避短,逐渐形成各自的教学风格和教学艺术特色.
