高职院校注重培养学生的实际动手操作能力,教学实践基地是高职院校进行人才培养的重要场所。校企合作建立教学实践基地后,基地的运作管理往往会存在组织管理混乱、后期资金投入不足、自身定位不明确等问题,为此,学校与企业应通过改革管理体制、完善管理制度、拓宽资金筹集渠道等方式,保证教学实践基地良好运行下去。
