煤矿井下煤炭回采后形成采空区,顶板会垮落,造成地面塌陷。现在解决的方法是把掘进时产生的矸石不升井,直接运到采空区,用液压支架后面架设的刮板输送机将矸石排放到采空区,由于排放到采空区的矸石是自然堆放,不够密实,而且不能与顶板接顶,达不到防顶板垮落的要求。研制了采空区充填矸石用推矸机,此推矸机可以将矸石推离排放点,并可将矸石堆密实。
