目前,由于教育教学改革要求转变教育观念,小班化教学随之产生。小班化教学是时代发展的需求,也是推进素质教育的有效组织形式。小班化教学使每一个学生的性情都得以张扬,为每一个学生性情擅长的发展提供了机会。充裕发掘每个学生的内在潜能,应该赐与不同的引导、协助。小班化教学的根本宗旨是使每一位学生全面发展,小班化教育是当代化教育的发展趋向。可以说,在减少班级学生领域的基础上,就是以煽动学生素质进步与全体发展为目的。我们应该重视小班化教学,并在教学中发挥优势。
